Warranty & Protection

At NOXBEAM, we engineer our automotive lighting products to perform flawlessly in the toughest conditions. We stand behind the quality and craftsmanship of every LED upgrade we sell. Please review our warranty terms below to understand your coverage.

1. Warranty Period NOXBEAM warrants to the original purchaser that our products are free from defects in material and workmanship for the specified period below:

  • 1-Year Limited Warranty on all automotive lighting products (including LED bulbs, headlight assemblies, drivers, and wiring harnesses).

The warranty period begins on the original date of purchase.

2. Shipping Costs & Replacement Parts We strive to resolve issues quickly. Our liability is limited to the repair or replacement of defective parts. We do not offer full unit replacements unless the product is deemed irreparable by our technical team.

  • First 30 Days (from delivery date): If a manufacturing defect is found within the first 30 days, NOXBEAM will cover the cost of replacement parts and all shipping fees.

  • After 30 Days (through the remainder of the warranty term): NOXBEAM will provide the necessary replacement parts free of charge. However, the customer is responsible for all shipping and handling fees associated with sending the parts.

3. What is Covered This warranty covers defects in materials or workmanship under normal use. This includes:

  • Premature failure of LED chips or internal drivers.

  • Moisture buildup or condensation inside the sealed housing due to a manufacturing defect (factory seal failure).

  • Malfunction of the wiring harness or connectors (within the specified period) due to manufacturing errors.

4. What is NOT Covered (Exclusions) This warranty does not apply to damage caused by:

  • Improper Installation: Failure to follow the official NOXBEAM installation instructions, including incorrect wiring, splicing, or improper voltage application.

  • Misuse or Abuse: Using off-road specific lighting on public highways (where restricted), or commercial abuse.

  • Accidents & Impact: Damage from collisions, rock chips, road debris, or vandalism.

  • Environmental Damage: Acts of nature including (but not limited to) floods, fire, or chemical exposure (e.g., harsh cleaning agents or solvents).

  • Modifications: Any drilling, cutting, opening the sealed factory housing, or altering the product voids the warranty.

  • Normal Wear and Tear: Minor lens scratching, natural UV hazing/yellowing of the lens over time, or cosmetic discoloration.

5. Non-Transferable This warranty is valid only for the original purchaser and is non-transferable. It terminates if the original purchaser sells or otherwise transfers the product or the vehicle on which it is installed.

6. How to Make a Claim To initiate a warranty claim, please contact our support team at support@noxbeam.com. To expedite your claim, you must provide:

  • Proof of Purchase: Order number or original receipt.

  • Visual Evidence: Clear photos or videos showing the specific defect or issue (e.g., the light failing to turn on, visible moisture inside the lens, or beam pattern issues).

NOXBEAM reserves the right to determine if a part is defective and subject to warranty replacement.
