Return & Refund Policy

We hope you love your NOXBEAM products. However, if you are not fully satisfied, we are here to help.

To initiate a return: Please Contact Us first or email us at support@noxbeam.com to obtain a Return Merchandise Authorization (RMA) and the correct return address. Note: Returns sent back without prior authorization will not be accepted.

1. Returns for Customer Preference (Changed Mind)

If you are not satisfied with your product for personal reasons, you may request a return within 30 calendar days of delivery

  • Condition: Items must be unused, uninstalled, and in the original packaging with all accessories and manuals included.

    • Fees:

      • Return Shipping: The customer is responsible for the cost of return shipping.

    • Refund: Refunds will be issued to the original payment method after the item is received and inspected.

2. Damaged, Wrong, or Defective Items

If your item arrives damaged, defective, or you received the wrong product, please contact us within 7 business days of delivery.

  • Email: support@noxbeam.com

  • Please Include: Order number, photos/videos of the issue, and a photo of the box condition (crucial for freight damage claims).

  • Resolution: Once confirmed, we will provide a prepaid return label (we cover the shipping). You can choose a free replacement or a full refund.

3. Order Cancellation

You may cancel your order for a full refund at any time before the item is shipped.

  • Shipped Orders: If the order has already been dispatched, it cannot be canceled. You will need to follow the "Returns for Customer Preference" process after receiving the package.

  • Refused Packages: If you refuse delivery of a non-defective package, the return shipping cost and a restocking fee will be deducted from your refund.

4. International Orders (Outside Contiguous U.S.)

For international orders and shipments to AK, HI, PR:

  • The original shipping fee (e.g., the $100 flat rate) is non-refundable.

  • Import duties and taxes are non-refundable.

  • In case of a return, the customer is responsible for all return shipping costs and customs clearance fees.

5. Refund Timeline

  • Inspection: Please allow 1–3 business days after we receive your return for inspection.

  • Refund Processing: Once approved, the refund will be processed within 3–10 business days, depending on your bank.

6. Important Exclusions

We cannot accept returns on:

  • Items that have been installed (screw marks, adhesive used, etc.).

  • Items damaged due to improper installation or misuse.

  • Items missing original packaging or components.
