Shipping Policy

Our goal is to offer you the best shipping experience possible with NOXBEAM.

Shipping Area & Rates

• Contiguous United States (Lower 48 States): We offer FREE Shipping to the 48 contiguous states.

• Non-Contiguous U.S. (AK, HI, PR, etc.): Orders shipped to Puerto Rico, Virgin Islands, Hawaii, Guam, or Alaska will incur additional shipping fees due to carrier surcharges. The exact fee will be calculated at checkout.

• International Shipping (Rest of the World): We ship worldwide via Air Freight for all our automotive lighting products.

  • Cost: International shipping rates are calculated dynamically based on your exact location. The final shipping fee will be clearly displayed at checkout before you complete your payment.

  • Transit Time: Approximately 7–14 business days (subject to destination country and local customs processing).

  • Duties & Taxes: Please note that import duties, VAT, and customs fees may apply upon arrival. These charges will be collected by the carrier and are strictly the recipient’s responsibility.

• P.O. Boxes: We DO NOT ship to P.O. Box or APO/FPO addresses as our products require a physical address for delivery.

Delivery Time

Total Delivery Time = Processing Time + Shipping Time

• Processing Time: Most in-stock items are processed and shipped within 1–2 business days (Monday–Friday). If your order includes a pre-sale item, the estimated shipping date will be clearly stated on the product page.

• Shipping Time (U.S. Domestic): Shipping usually takes 1–5 business days once the package leaves our warehouse. Please note: Delivery times may be affected during holidays, weekends, or due to severe weather conditions.

• Warehouse Location: Your order will be shipped from the nearest U.S. local warehouse that has your item in stock to ensure the fastest delivery.

Carrier

Packages are typically delivered via FedEx Ground/UPS or specialized Freight carriers. In some cases, we may use USPS or Amazon Logistics depending on warehouse availability.

Package Responsibility & Lost Items

• Delivery Responsibility: Once a package has been handed over to the carrier and marked as “Delivered” to the correct address, our responsibility ends. NOXBEAM is not liable for loss, theft, or damage that occurs after the carrier confirms delivery.

• Secure Address: Please ensure your delivery address is safe and secure. For high-value items, we recommend monitoring the tracking closely.

Taxes

• U.S. Sales Tax: Sales tax is calculated at checkout based on your shipping address and state regulations.

• International Duties: As mentioned above, some international customers are responsible for their own local import duties and taxes.
