🛠️ INSTALLATION & FITMENT
Q: Can I adjust the light beam height after installation?
Yes. Our assemblies feature integrated adjustment screws on the rear housing for precision tuning. To ensure the best visibility and avoid blinding oncoming traffic, please use a manual screwdriver to adjust slowly. Warning: Avoid using power tools or over-adjusting beyond the mechanical limit, as this may damage the internal aiming motor.
Q: Are these truly "Plug-and-Play"?
Absolutely. Every Noxbeam unit is designed to match your vehicle's factory wiring harness. No splicing, cutting, or complex rewiring is required for a standard installation.
Q: Are Noxbeam lights street-legal?
Noxbeam lighting assemblies are engineered to meet or exceed DOT (U.S. Department of Transportation) and SAE (Society of Automotive Engineers) standards. Most of our products feature the corresponding markings on the lens to ensure compliance with standard vehicle inspections. However, because local regulations can vary by state or region, we always recommend confirming with your local authorities regarding specific aftermarket lighting requirements.
💡 PERFORMANCE & TECHNICAL
Q: I see fog or moisture inside the lens. Is my light leaking?
Not at all. This is a natural physical occurrence known as "condensation." Our lights are equipped with breathable ventilation ports to balance air pressure and temperature. During storage or extreme temperature shifts (like a car wash on a cold day), minor fogging may appear. This will naturally dissipate as the lights heat up during use. It does not affect performance and is not a sign of a leak.
Q: What if the lights work fine, but I still see an error code on my dash?
Noxbeam assemblies include built-in Canbus decoders designed for error-free performance. However, if your vehicle has other aftermarket electronics or a hyper-sensitive ECU, an error code may occasionally trigger. This is rarely a defect of the light itself. In these cases, a simple OBD2 coding update or a supplemental resistor may be needed to sync with your vehicle’s specific electronics.
Q: Can I replace the bulbs in these headlight assemblies if they burn out?
No, and that’s the best part! Our headlights are engineered as Sealed Full LED Units. Here’s why this is an advantage for you:
- Zero Maintenance: No more dimming bulbs or annoying "bulb out" dashboard errors. The integrated LED chips are permanent.
- Superior Durability: By eliminating the socket and bulb, we’ve created a completely weather-sealed unit that is more resistant to vibration and moisture.
- Plug & Play Simplicity: You don’t need to go out and buy expensive HID or LED bulbs. Everything you need for maximum illumination is already built-in and pre-aligned for the perfect beam pattern.
- Extended Lifespan: Rated for over 50,000 hours of use, these lights are designed to outlast the car itself.
✨ CRAFTSMANSHIP & AESTHETICS
Q: Why are there minor marks or sealant traces on the back of the housing?
Our priority is a 100% weather-tight seal and structural integrity. Due to the heavy-duty industrial injection molding and sealing process, minor cosmetic blemishes or tool marks may be present on the rear housing or edges. These are purely a result of the manufacturing technology, do not affect performance, and are completely invisible once the unit is installed on your vehicle.
Q: The color looks slightly different than the photos on the website. Is this normal?
Yes. Factors such as studio lighting, monitor calibration, and your vehicle's paint color can affect how the light's optics appear. We strive for 100% accuracy, but we recommend referring to the actual product in real-world lighting for the true visual effect.
🛡️ WARRANTY & SUPPORT
Q: What does the Noxbeam warranty cover?
We provide a 1-Year Manufacturer Warranty on all non-artificially damaged products. If you encounter a defect in the LED modules, driver components, or housing integrity, we will reissue replacement parts or a new unit to ensure your ride stays bright.
Q: How are warranty-related shipping costs handled?
Shipping costs depend on when your warranty claim is initiated:
- Within the First 30 Days: If a manufacturing defect is verified within 30 days of delivery, NOXBEAM will cover both the cost of replacement parts and all associated shipping fees.
- After 30 Days (Up to 1 Year): For the remainder of your warranty term, we will gladly provide any necessary replacement parts or drivers completely free of charge. However, the customer is responsible for the shipping and handling fees associated with sending these parts.
Please note: To resolve issues as quickly as possible, our warranty focuses on supplying specific replacement parts rather than full unit replacements.
